Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms govern your use of surb.tech and its subdomains (the “Website”) and of our software — Tarazed, Bashq and Msarat (the “Software”) — provided by Surb Al-Nukhba Est. (“Surb”, “we”). By using the Website or downloading or installing the Software, you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

01Using the Website

The Website is provided for you to learn about our services. You may not copy its content or design for commercial purposes, attempt to breach or disrupt it, or harvest it automatically in a way that harms it.

02Software licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the Software under these terms. You may not:

03Tarazed for companies

Tarazed is provided to companies under a signed agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict. Access requires an invite from the company’s administrator and approval of the user’s device.

The company is responsible for its employees’ accounts and permissions and for the lawfulness of the data it enters. The company’s data and customizations belong to it, as set out in the agreement.

04Updates

We release updates to improve and protect the Software. Some may be mandatory for continued safe use.

05Products in testing

Products marked “Coming soon” or “In testing” may change in features or timing before release.

06Open-source components

The Software includes open-source components that remain under their own licences; nothing in these terms limits any right those licences grant you. The full list is on the Third-Party Notices page.

07Intellectual property

The Software, the Website and its design, and the names “Surb”, “Tarazed”, “Bashq” and “Msarat” and their logos are protected by intellectual property rights. All rights are reserved by their owners.

Client logos belong to their owners and are shown with their permission. Windows, macOS, App Store and Google Play are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify platforms.

08Disclaimer

The Website and Software are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law, without warranty that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. Service commitments for Tarazed are governed by company agreements.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the Website or Software. In all cases our liability will not exceed what you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim.

10Termination

We may suspend your licence if you breach these terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms and will publish every amendment on this page with its date. Continuing to use the Website or Software after publication means you accept it.
